The Real Story

Thirty years ago a stranger held my hand and kept me conscious while they waited for the ambulance.

Twenty years after that, I found him.

That meeting changed the course of everything. I closed the business I'd built over twelve years and started over. Building something new from scratch.

And now, ten years later, I'm doing it again.

Not because something broke. Because I've done enough of the real work to know that staying in something because it's working isn't the same as staying because it's yours.

I've spent twenty years in brand strategy, which is really just identity work with better branding. I developed my own methodology, helped hundreds of people and businesses find their truth, their words, their direction.

I’m here to redefine selfish…and prove it's the only path to a life worth dying for.

But I kept doing what most people do. Being responsible. Keeping things together. Making the safe choice until I looked up and didn't quite recognize myself in any of it.

This is the third version of me. Not because I haven’t figured out who I am, but because I keep doing the work and becoming more myself.

I still get afraid. I still feel the pull toward the easier choice. But I've learned to feel that and go anyway.

I'm also a wife, a mother of two boys, and someone who has explored 28 countries and lived in four. We even spent ten months in Sicily as a family once, because we could, and because life is too short not to.

I believe in big adventures, honest conversations, and building a life that's worth dying for.

That's not a tagline. It's how I actually live.
